your cervix rise and you get fertile mucus??

im on a 28 day cycle and ist been only seven day since the start of my last period (which was only 3 days long - sorter than usual) and i dont know if my high cervix or mucus could be early ovulation or signs of pregnancy

Typically your cervix will start to rise about 4 days before ovulation and you will notice creamy mucus. Then about 2 days before ovulation your cervix raises even higher and your mucus thins, turns clear, and is like raw eggwhites.
Since you are only on cycle day 7 it is probably too soon to be experiencing ovulation.
Keep checking for a few more days and see what happens with your cervix and mucus.

I believe it would be a sign of ovulation not pregnancy at this stage. Most women notice a cervix rise and cm starting about 3 days or so before ovulation. The last day you have cm is usually the day you ovulated. The amount of time is different for all women. Just pay attention to your body. Use opks and chart you temps to help determine when your ovulation happens. Good luck ttc!!
