Soak them in warm olive oil every night for five minutes then massage the left over oil well in for as long as you can be bothered. Use a clear polish on them too to improve the look. Acrylics really really do damage. Try and grow your own nails instead!

i have had acylic nails for years i never give my natural nails a break and sometimes it hurts to have my nails done because there so thin underneath, but when my daughter was born 5 years ago i took some time away from my nail about a month so they wouldent scrath the baby, and what i done was keep the well manicured and i kept them painted clear until they got back to normal looking sometimes i wished i hadnt started putting them on again, its expensive and painful, hope this helped!

keep your nail bed moisturized, do nothing to your nails, let them breathe, they need to grow out, keep trimming the nails untill all are new again, wait at least 6 months befor getting acrylic's again if ever.
