Marcus Achilles Tressler
Also the name Marcus means "warlike" which does go well with Achilles, being a famous greek warrior and all...
What do you all think... I like it.... but because Achilles is an unusual name to have even for a middle name... I'm not quite sure.

I think its a pretty awesome name! Honestly.
my only problem would be all the S's in his name. what if your child has a lisp growing up? I did when i was younger and it was terrible. thank god i grew out of it

Marcus is very nice. Not sure about the name Achilles. You are definitely right to have it as a middle name rather then a first name! that would be too much! Middle names are really a bit of fun, they never really get used in life... so go for it is you both like it!

Achilles is also why we call the part near our ankle Achilles Tendon, so that could be a bit weird but I like Greek names, don't let your husband decide-you'll have carried the baby round for 9 months!!!

Can I be the dissenting opinion and say it's not good? Marcus may mean warlike but most Marcus I've known have been geeky. Achilles is not a name I would want to have my friends find out, but at least it's different. I hope I don't offend you, but you are asking for genuine responses.... :)

Well I like Marcus, and Achilles is different and honestly, how often do you use your middle name? Just do not be upset if your child fights alot :0)

Not going for the middle name. The rest is nice, suggest naming the next pet (dog) Achilles.

I like it!!! It's not like he's gonna actually go by Achilles. And I would think that when he tells people his middle name they will be like "Cool!!" and probably be a lil jealous! :)
Marcus is my boyfriend's middle name and he actually chooses to go by it instead of his first name, Curtis. I think that is a great choice as well.

I like Marcus but Achilles thats really unique maybe you could go with marcus and a diffrent middle name.

Marcus is good, but Achilles? Have you heard of the Achilles Tendon? Yeeeah, parts of the leg don't make good names.
