Your problem is somewhat similar to my daughters. She started dating a African American Baxter about a year ago, had his child two months ago and his ex-wife from New Mexico (Karen) was giving my daughter (Robin) problems every day. Robin had to get help from the police and finally even an attorney to get a restraining order against Karen. It worked for awhile and now she is planning on moving back to New Mexico. I hope that the ordeal will be over because it has caused many hardships for my daughter and Baxter. Karen would call his cell phone and her cell phone constantly looking for him even at 3 am in the morning. To be honest, the attorney was the real savior, once they got involved, the police and prosecutor paid attention.

I wish you best of luck, hope it doesn't turn out as bad as it was for our family.

Just go to the court house and file an exparte against this woman. Continue taking copies of all the emails and constantly take them to your local police station and show them and keep on reporting this every single time this happens. I would also go as far as reporting her to child services since she is pregnant and tell them what is going on because you are all concerned with the saftey of her child that she has some mental issues and that they need to watch her or possibly investegate her situation to help her.

you contact the police and report the harassment.
you can go to court and file a NCO (no contact order) which would theoretically end her ability to contact you in any way.
if she contacts you that would be a violation and you call the police again to report the violation.
use the non emergency # for your police, 7 digit, not 911 to report it.
everyone that has a problem with her should make separate reports so the police see how serious the problem is.
