Yeah! It's public property! But who hasn't ever done the street sign gag! We still have a bunch of them out in the garage!

Yeah, it's illegal, but it's usually a misdemeanor. Especially in college towns where it happens quite frequently. I went to college during the 60's and some friends of mine stole the blinking yellow lights they put up at traffic barricades, had 6 of them sitting around the room, all blinking at different times. Kind of like a home-made strobe light.

Well, Yeah. But that doesn't stop people:)......When I was 12 me and 3 of my friends took a sign that said the street floods or something. ha ha, good times. IF you take one, take one that's not that serious though!
