They are healthy but after a while they start drooping over the side.

If jade plants are grown for a length of time without adequate light or nutrients there stems become a little weak. Then when given what they need, the extra weight of lush new growth will cause the stems to droop. Not much you can do except do some pruning or embrace the new look. RScott

Lift the pot, light = dry, Aerate and water.

Heavy = wet, allow to dry out
