Your body is getting used to being without the pill. This is normal when stopping the pill, and should go away within a few weeks. Sometimes, it can take as much as three months for the pill to work its way out of your system. You may experience this around the time for your period to start for a couple of months.

However, if you've had unprotected sex recently, you could be pregnant.

I was in the same situation. I came off the pill in early July and for like a month my boobs were killing me. I was certain I was pregnant cos I had lots of other symptoms. But then my period came a little early. After that, the symptoms stopped. They are only just returning now as I am due on my next period. It is completely normal, but I feel so much better off the pill than I did on it!!! be patient (of course there is always the chance of pregnancy if you ovulated)

There are hormones in the pills and your body is adjusting to the change of not having them every day.If this lasts for more than a month or continues after your next period,I suggest you talk to your obgyn about another form of hormone replacement. You did not give your age but i assume you are young and this problem should correct itself in time.
