You could have a urinary tract infection. Symptoms include painful urination, burning when urinating, abdominal/back pain, and hematuria (blood in your urine). You should call your Dr. and set up an appt. UTI's can be treated with antibiotics and usually clear up within a week.
If you can't get to your Dr. right away, be sure to drink lots of water. Cranberry juice also helps. Try to avoid excess soda, because this can sometimes make it worse.
Letting a UTI go untreated can lead to infection of the kidneys, which can be VERY painful and difficult to treat. It's best to have it treated now to avoid a hospital stay.

Sounds like a UTI. Quite common in girls due to improper wiping. If you are young, tell your mom and she can take you to see a doctor. Otherwise schedule the appointment yourself. You'll have to pee in a cup and the doctor will check for abnormal bacteria in the specimen. If you do have a UTI you'll have to take oral antibiotics.
Don't wait around. Do it ASAP. Otherwise it can lead to a kidney infection, which can be quite serious. UTIs can repeat themselves, and if you are young your doctor may then do some follow up testing like a VCUG and renal scans, just to be sure you don't have a problem with urine backflushing into your kidneys.

It sounds like you may have a urinary tract infection or a bladder infection. You do need to see a doctor to confirm this and get an antibiotic.

sounds like you've got a urine/urinary tract infection - it can cause pain while peeing, and also pain in your kidneys (sides above hips) - go to your doctor, do a urine sample and get it tested, then if you've got an infection you'll get some antibiotics to treat it

It sounds to me like a urinary tract infection. You have to go to the dr. and get antibiotics. You will feel better in a day or so. The infection won't go away itself, so you have to go get the medicine. good luck.
