Best remembered for having sexual encounters in the white house with staffers [ which wasn't new to him, he had been doing that since he was the Gov of Arkansas]. Also remembered for not having any foreign policy. Excelled in communications and was a good time Charlie, but not much of a President. He cut the military almost in half, and also let bin laden slip away. A good guy if you want to party, not much of a President, He is married to the Anti-Christ, Hillary Clinton currently running for President.
