Craig was charged with peeping and disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty earlier this month to the misdemeanor disorderly conduct count and was fined $1000 and sentenced to ten days in the Hennepin County lockup (though the jail time was stayed as long as the politician keeps clean for a year).
Here is the exact statute:
609.72 DISORDERLY CONDUCT Subdivision 1. Crime.
Whoever does any of the following in a public or private place, including on a school bus, knowing, or having reasonable grounds to know that it will, or will tend to, alarm, anger or disturb others or provoke an assault or breach of the peace, is guilty of disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor:
(1) Engages in brawling or fighting; or
(2) Disturbs an assembly or meeting, not unlawful in its character; or
(3) Engages in offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct or in offensive, obscene, or abusive language tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger, or resentment in others.
A person does not violate this section if the person's disorderly conduct was caused by an epileptic seizure.

The Good Senator went trolling in the men's room for sexual relations. He was peeking in toilet stalls where men do their BM's. he sat in one stall, and put his foot under the adjacent stall and touched the other mans foot. he then reached under and using his hand made the motions of giving the guy a "hand Crank", or a "head shot"............This guy is 100% HOMO, no doubt about it. he pleaded guilty thinking it would go away, it didn't.

Perhaps he was desirous of fellation because his wife ain't giving him any head. He may not be "gay" but so what if he's "bi?" But, even still, sex in a public lavatory? Homo or hetero it's pretty weird to me. It's just the HYPOCRISY of the conservatives that irks me so and dooms their chances of advancing their principles.

Criminal solicitation. It is unlawful to solicit sex in public. Whether sodomy or straight, this behavior is public lewdness and it's against the law everywhere except Nawlins and Vegas.
