The answer is both yes and no.

Yes, you can transfer. But that means only that you can stop going to Lincoln Tech and go to Morgan State instead (assuming you are qualified, of course).

But if you are hoping to get credit for the courses you took at Lincoln Tech, then the answer is probably no. Lincoln Tech is a private career training school. It teaches how to work in specific careers. Morgan State is a regular college, where you would take academic courses in history, English, math, science, and so forth.

Both schools serve a purpose, and each one is right for some people. But they do different things, and therefore they offer different courses. When you show Morgan State the classes you took at Lincoln Tech, it may be hard for them to find something at Morgan that is basically the same. Without something similar at their own school, they probably can't give you credit for it.

But don't give up hope. Maybe there are some courses that you can get credit for. When you apply to Morgan State, you are going to have to talk with the admissions office anyway, so it doesn't hurt to ask. Get a transcript from Lincoln Tech, show them what you've taken, and see if you can get some credits. I wish you lots of luck wherever you go!!

as long as they are both in the same region and both regionally accredited. but best to double check. there are many on line fraudulent schools like AIU and ColoradoInstitute of Tech which brags about their regional accredidations, but you can only transfer to schools within their region.
