How do i get to the chat service on disneyworld.com?

It just popped up yesterday but now i can't find it anywhere.

It is really pretty random. Sometimes it will pop up as soon as you get on the website, sometimes it doesn't come up at all.

I would just try getting a quote on the website again, when you are getting prices is when it usually comes up. If they don't come then, just leave the page up for a while, many times when you leave it up the chat option will come up asking you if you want to chat.

If that doesn't work, just try getting some prices several different times. Eventually it should pop up on its own.


It seems sometimes they have it come up more than other times, if you go during regular business hours it will also be easier, I'd assume they don't have anyone there in the late night hours and they may be on West Coast time, so that means they may come in later as well. So it is best to try going at different times.


If you still can't get it to come up you can always just call and they can help, ask online, on message boards, or you can talk to your travel agent.

They don't have a chat room as some websites have, they however may have something like talk to a WDW travel agent like you saw pop up. To actually get to it, I have no clue. If you are looking to chat with people about Disney in a safe environment, I would suggest going to wdwinfo.com and then up at the top click on disboards, that will take you to there forums about everything and anything Disney. They have forums for Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Disney for Teens, etc... I go on it all the time and I love it.
