Musically speaking, I'm not a fan of either. If you're talking about looks, they're both beautiful, but I'd go with Shakira over Beyonce.

I love them both but I like Beyonce better. Beyonce in concert gives you your money's worth. Shakira is beautiful, but I don't always understand what she is saying.

Definately beyonce. I will credit shakira for shaking her booty. But as for Beyonce she has got the looks, the body and she can sing.
Beyonce is bootilicious. i vote for her.
