i filed. contact a bankruptcy lawyer and set up a consultation.
they will go over the 7 and 13 types and find which you qualify for. once they file a notice of intent it stops all judgements against you and stops you from being put out of your home.
it's a longer process than i thought but only takes a few months.
the laws have changed alot so you really need to speak with a lawyer in your town for the exact info. it varies by state.
