It's our second, but our son never hurt my girlfriend. now my daughter is kicking quite viciously and its hurting her. Is it normal, is it just like a strong baby or something lol?

Mine would kick so hard it would take me breath away! I remember being at work one day with a customer and the baby kicked and I actually squealed with pain in front of her and freaked her out!
It especially happens in the later stages of pregnancy as they don't have a huge amount of room and want to stretch out a bit. Do you find it happens when she drinks/eats something cold as this can stimulate them.?
It is completely normal and unfortunately someting she will have to put up with. But at least it is a reassuring feeling to know baby is 'alive and kicking'!
Good luck and congratulations!`

yes it is perfectly normal for kicks to hurt. It probably just means that your daughter is more active than your son was, and it could be that your daughter is bigger, so she is taking up more room!
as far as everyone attacking you about her being your girlfriend or fiance and not your wife, who cares what they have to say. I would rather see a baby brought into this world with a loving family than a family that is married but hate each other. As long as your giving that baby everything that you can, then it doesn't matter!!!!
Hope that helps you!

Yes, its normal. I am very pregnant here with another one, & he has made an internal bruise on my right side just below my ribs. It kills when he hits me there, but it seems to be one of his favorite spots. lol As well as, the top part of my uterus is more sensitive this time around. I know its weird, but its all true.
As to the fiance/gf thing. I think its fine. Families are not the conventional fashion they were back in the 70's. When I was pregnant the first time around, I was completely single. (I left his father b4 I knew I was pregnant.) When I told my Memere that I was having a baby, the first thing out of her mouth was.... "When are you getting married?" My reply was, "Married!? I left his father, I cant stand him & theres no way I would marry him!!!" lol ** He now has a dad that adopted him when he was 4! Thats his dad, & he's great! **
Best Wishes for you & yours.

From about 28 weeks on, my daughter was lodged in my ribs and it HURT. She ended up being a really big, really strong baby, and I think that's why she was able to kick so hard.

How far is she? My daughter really HURT sometimes. But I wasn't till I was over 35 weeks. Kicking in all the sensitive places. Sounds like you have a soccer player in the making, lol. I hope your daughter calms down abit and takes it easy on her mummy.

Yes it is very normal. My first didn't really hurt although he made for some uncomfortable times. However his brother and sister made up for it. I've actually had heel print bruises near my ribs and on my sides from where they have kicked me. I found sometimes that rubbing my stomach would sometimes soothe them when they got super active
