Your cycle is really thrown off by the depo shot (I had it for four years, so glad I'm off of it!).

I went immediately to pills (Kariva) and got my periods back in three months, and finally have them regulated.

When I got on the shot I didn't have period for three years, then when I got off it I didn't get a period for three months but when I got it I got two in one month. I was a bit frustrated because I hadn't had one in so long. Depo really messes with periods so I'm sure it's normal.

It is very normal to have more than one period a month when you stop the depo shots. Your cycle can be thrown off for several months but you can check onlline and get some herbs to regulate your periods again.
