Hell yes, I ride with them...why should they get all the fun?

I love amusement park rides! And I go on the ones I can fit myself into, as long as it doesn't involve a lot of walking (like the house of mirrors).

It's getting pretty darn hard to stand there for almost an hour waiting for them to get through the line-ups though!

Almost all of the time I ride with the granddaughter. It's my job as a grandparent. Besides, I tend to see a lot of adults riding with the little people.

Sometimes grandpa will ride with my kids, but not grandma!! She just does the watch and wave. And if we try to get her on a ride, she gets very angry! Watch out!

Went to a fair in NC and my little great grandson wanted to ride the elephant, the keeper said his mom and grandma were to heavy to ride so great grandma had to ride the elephant with him--my legs were sprung for a week, he had a ball. No more carnival rides for this ol gal, had my share of that when all the kids were little and when my dad used to drag me on the scary ones with him.

The last time I went... I rode. It will be the last time I do that. I have a problem with wanting my rear end to be in the seat and not above the seat. No more for me. Thanks just the same. It is much more fun to watch the others. I love the looks on their faces. It is really funny.

if your able to and enjoy it yes you certainly do. its solely up to you.surely it would make good memories either way. but if your able it would be even more memorible just for you being there one way or the other. just relax an have a good time follow the grandkids lead. my grandparents rode with us when we were litttle. and my parents did with our kids and everyone really enjoyed themselves. but if you have health restrictions, weak heart or anything like that i wouldn't recommend you ride. Hope you all enjoy yourselves whatever you decide. Best Wishes.

I take them because it would look better for me to do those things with kids. Also if there is a movie that is for just kids I take them so I can see it really.
