What fear?
I think you need to put a little more out there for us to go on as each thing would be different.

Fear is such a little think if you think it. Our mind creates it when it thinks we are in danger. You can conquer your fear by convincing your self that there's nothing to fear. Insecurity though is another thing. We have insecurity when we have passed from several situations. It's not nothing serious and we can surpass it with just talking to psychologist or even a friend of ours depending on the situation.

Fear is the evidence of the unknown. Familiarize yourself with whatever your fear is. Also, you may need to find out where the fear stems from. may be something that happened as a child or something you saw. Fear can be immobilizing, dont let a thought control you in such a way!

Depends what your fear is. Usually I'd say 'face it', but that only applies to fear of spiders, or the opposite sex, or job interviews. If your fear is being blown up by a car bomb in Iraq, don't face it, just stay home and avoid it.

Yes, face it!
That is, if you really want to get over it.
If it's a huge fear, you may need therapy.
But take it step, by baby step.
You got the controls!!
