We all experience loneliness at some point even if we are in a crowd of people, but learning to feel comfortable with one's self and contentment is the start of dispelling and feelings of deep loneliness....good luck.

Yes, but I get over it by watching TV, reading, or Yahoo Answers. Best to avoid snacking while doing these things.
