Looks like bush is mounting efforts that might provoke action against Iran.

Do you think he will actually go through with action against them?

The things he is saying about Iran are scary. It's just like Iraq all over again. This is the war that George has been wanting though. With Iran out of the way the US controls a huge amount of oil, we save the dollar and he hopes peace in the middle east. This is a fools paradise though. he is going to start WW3 in an instant. Many people are going to die and the US will probably start a new draft because we all know we don't have enough troops. Maybe that explains why troops are being deployed to Washington.

Its hard to say. I have never heard Bush state something truthfully in his whole public life and its painfull to listen to his whiney high pitched voice. In the car I can always turn down the volume when a bush soundbite happens. But yes he has lied to us about his war in Iraq and I can't help but think that anything he says about Iran are more lies.
Addressing your question: I believe this administration has already made plans to launch military strikes - why would we have carrier groups headed for or already in place in the Indian Ocean?
