I guess its in their genes... but I dont really like freckles. They are usually common on redheads. I date white men, but Id rather date a guy WITHOUT freckles.... like my boyfriend :-)

white people have a melanin deficiency that make there body ether create darker pigment in there skin or don't.
white people who have freckles have a higher level of melanin then white people who doesn't have freckles.
What this mean is that white people who have freckles are
capably of creating the gene but not at a efficiently ability, and there pineal glands can't create enough melatonin ( the hormone that is need to create melanin) to cover there whole body with the color you see in there freckles.
white people who don't have freckles can't create melatonin because there pineal gland is calcified ( Dead), so they cant create freckles.

I had a friend, in Japan, when I was younger who had tons of freckles all over her face and her shoulders so the freckles aren't just on white people. As to how to get rid of them...why remove them? Why not just accept them as part of you?

Learn to spell.. Its Freckles... Not all white people have freckles, people from any race can have freckles, its all to do with the gene(*s).... If you know all Saints check out the black girl, she has freckles, so there goes your theory.x

There are people of many races that have freckles. Please do some more reading.
As for getting rid of such things, see a dermatologist.

I think every race has freckles. I am black and my mother has freckles on her nose. Even though she covers it with makeup, we all know that it is there. I am very thankful that it is one of those things that she did not pass on to me. Love the hazel eyes though...thanks mom!

its like one of the answers there- a concentrated area of melanin. and i know a man from Kenya with freckles over the bridge of his nose and over his cheeks. and this question is not a racist one, its a question i wondered about myself
