It's a toss-up between Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day. He plays the same character in both (ditto for Stripes) but the director appears to have pointed the camera at him and told him to do what comes natural. Murray is, well... an unattractive man...but by the end of both movies, you can believe he actually got the attractive girl. Murray's talents shine through in both of these movies, although Ghostbusters allows him to play off other talents like Ackroyd and Moranis.
