I'm asking about the type of neighbourhood/town/village where the residents have had enough money over several generations that they are secure in their wealth, and not overly flaunting it like a lottery winner or a footballer's wife. The type of place where education and breeding are far more important than possessing flashy cars, loud clothing and ostentatious homes.

Although you get loads of footballers, Woolton has many big houses behind large sandstone walls, and seems pretty laid back about wealth, despite having some seriously rich people living there.

The Village itself is not pretentious, but has a nice old world feel to it, with farmers markets and flower displays.
