i must admit that first impressions for me are rarely correct. i may think or feel that a student who i see everyday, knowing her but not quite knowing her, will give me an inital expression of 'she looks snobbish, she seems flirty' and so on, for me, really doesn't work. i have given up a long time ago my instintive impulse to judge or view a person by first impressions. i never base my assupmtions of anyone or any kind on first whatevers. although first impressions work as an initial indicator of what or how a relationship develops or grow, i find that it is unaccurate and deceiving. long period of conversations and a little dose of disclosure is more kind of my thing. =)

Yes...Most of the time....
There have been occasions where I was wrong with my first impression..and it was a NICE surprise...:+) And, as well times where I was wrong...and it was a great disappointment (boo hoo:+(
I think it is wise to wait time before forming an impression of people...if you have the luxury of time that is....

Strangely enough, yes.
I just look and listen for a while. They usually reveal all about themselves without even knowing what thy are doing.
However, I've made a couple of mistakes, and they were doozies. bad, bad

no, my judgement of ppl. really sucks! i try and give every one the benifit of the doubt, and always like and trust someone right away! and usually, i'm way off base.

Kind of I knew my aunty's boyfriend was sus...he hit her. I knew my mum's boyfriend was sus ...I had to get a restraining order. But then I thought this guy was sweet...he wasn't.
