i think there r no weakness in a woman if u r comparing it with a man as they hv the equal power to think, to understand, to make decision in fact coz of them men becomes weak due to their beauty n fascination!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say that there is no one specific weakness. Everyone is an individual and some are bothered by something that others may not be.
How ever women do have to deal with hormonal changes each month and that may be reason enough to NOT piss them off.
But not a weakness by any means.

I don't know what other women will respond to this , but my weakness is care taking. I have a very strong nurturing nature and fell the need to fix, help and take care of people and family . I can't say no, and knock myself out trying to be all things to all people. Even if I am exhausted , I won't say no to a friend who calls and wants me to do something for them. I am always cooking, running errands, lending money, watching pets, baby sitting or something.
I have tried to say no and get tough about it, but I don't like me, when I do that.
So now I just let the machine pick up the calls and decide what I can and can't do.

I don't think every woman has the same weakness. I think it depends on the individual.
Some mentioned some "ideas" above, but I don't see myself like that.
The weaknesses I have is telling my 4 year old he can't have/do something. Or if someone asks me to do something, I can never say no (even if I don't want to).
