Yes you can I had this problem and was so depressed the whole time a I was pregnant because I thought I could not breastfeed Lillie. But there are some great products that help and also the instuctor told me that even if i did not use then that once the baby starts the sucking that the nipple will come out.

The mother of my God daughter & son has inverted nipples and she breastfeed. The hospital gave her a cover for her nipples and that help her get through the feeds

Yes, you can. There are tools you can use to help draw the nipple out as well. Medela makes breast shells that can help for inverted nipples.
