Eat some greasy food, a fry up or a burger helps....drink fizzy pop and loads of water. Take some paracetamol. As a previous answerer said ice lollys work wonders. Are you in work? If not have a hair of the dog....what makes you bad makes you better. Try not to rush around too much.

anything greasy. Go to a good burger shop and get a nice bacon burger, and drink a coke. A little bit of the bubbles help with my stomach sometimes.
The best thing to do is drink water before you go to bed. If you can remember to do it, and continue to do it, this helps a lot in the future.

wash a neurofen down with some dissolved barrocca. That give you the pain killer (headaches are your brain swelling from the boozing), water and vitamin C. Everything you need. Then a coffee to make up for the missed sleep and you're set to do it all again tonight and hit the town. Job done.

Bananas are meant to help as they have potassium in it. Naturally raises sugar levels. Keep up with the water (dont go over board if u feel sick.). You could just do hair of the dog (sorry if that didn't help). Try red bull if u think you can too.

Don't sit lounging about - unless you can. Have something to eat cheese on toast and beans helped me at weekend!!
Take two Anadin Extra - they are fab. Try drinking irn-bru.
Drink alot of tea and water. Rehydrate your body. Try Alka-seltzers, fry-up. Go back to sleep.

If you have a smoothie maker, try putting in 500ml of milk, 1 peeled and chopped banana (more if you want) 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional) and 1-2 teaspoons of honey. :)

i,m an expert on this subject.
just drink more beer or what ever you drink and you,ll feel right as rain in no time.
the problem i have is one just not enough for me and i end up pissed again.
