Autistic child breaks a top secret code emplanted in puzzle books.. (suppsedly impossible to break).. The agency responsible decides to cover it up by killing him and his family.. but they can't find the kid.. Investigator called to investigate the murder of the parents finds the child.. who cannot really understand what is happening.. He freaks out anytime a stranger touches him.. etc.. Investigater starts to realize that the child is being targeted..and risks his career as well as his life (with some help) to prove that the child was going to be killed by a guy working for the government.. The End :).. A bit happens in between, but most of it is irrelevent.. it's a decent movie though..
