If You Are Using IE Select Tools Then Internet Options Then Select Privacy Tab Then Check The Checkbox On Pop Up Blocker
If You Use Firefox Select Tools Then Select Options Then Content Tab Then Check The Checkbox On Block Pop Up Windows

Click on: Tools >>> Pop-up blocker >>> turn on pop up blocker.

hi click on to the tools icon , then on to pop up blocker then just click turn on pop up blocker
