Because they feel rules are made for idiots and they want to be king on the roads!!

In Grammar, there are more exceptions to the rule. Indians are supposed to be very strong in our grammar. This explains why we do not follow the traffic rules.

Backdoor system is strong in India. Many believe : Rules for fools, wisemen to breach. It is a sad reality. First make lawmakers, i.e., politicians the people of best character.

Would you believe Indians do that only in India. Elsewhere they are the best drivers, albiet somewhat slow and hesitant at times.
