If so, do their personality traits differ from humans.
Do they do actual things like drive, eat reg food as well as blood, play games, etc.

I do believe that people are very ignorant, and it is possible that there are different lifestyles or different species. I mean we can't be the only life form in the whole universe cause there are many more planets even outside our solar system. So why is it so impossible that they can't be on the same planet as us?

*sigh* Sometimes I wonder what good science is doing in our world. It's made everyone forget what's really possible.
Yes, vampires do exist. Of course, in a way, everyone else who's commented is right, because they're thinking of the stereotypical fictional vampire. Those don't exist.
However, there are some people who, for whether reason, don't have enough of their own vital energy to live comfortably. They're often irritable and have multiple health problems. To fix that, they feed on other people's energy, either psychically or through blood. Some feed on unwilling victims, but most have donors who willingly give them excess energy.
Other than that, most vampires are just like the rest of us. They have regular human problems; they're not immortal; they don't fall to ash in the daylight. In essence, vampires are humans with an energy deficiency.

The article "Vampire" in the 9th Edition of the Encyclopaedia Britannica gives a number of claimed sightings of vampires.
Extract:
" The belief in vampires chiefly prevails in Slavonic lands, as in Russia (especially White Russia and the Ukraine), Poland, and Servia [Serbia], and among the Czechs of Bohemia and the other Slavonic races of Austria. It became specially prevalent in Hungary between the years 1730 and 1735, whence all Europe was filled with reports of the exploits of vampires. Several treatises were written on the subject, among which may be mentioned Ranft’s De Masticatione Mortuorum in Tumulis (1734) and Calmet’s Dissertation on the Vampires of Hungary, translated into English in 1750."

I've seen on t.v. on the National Geographic Channel that vampires actually do exist. They're just people who crave blood. They do, do normal things like us. The only difference is that they drink blood from people who are willing to give some to them. I don't think they just come out and attack you lol. Well the one on t.v. didn't. She has a friend who lets her drink blood right off her arm. Who knows how other's can be.

The archetype of the vampire exists. The mode of behavior and psychology of the vampire exists. That's why there are vampire stories in so many cultures around the globe. Actual undead vampires do not exist.

Only in the minds of novelists and script writers. It is good
for you to have an open mind about possibilities however far fetched, but vampires in books and movies are purely entertainment.

If I am not mistaken there is this man named Vlad Tepes (not sure of the spelling), but I understand they referred him as a vampire. So meaning, there is a possibility that vampires do really exist.

HI,
As per my knowledge, Vampires do not exist in this world. If they exist then we are the vampires(now changed to humans).
We(humans) exist everywhere, there is no such place when humans never ever been.
