Someone suggested that a good way to gain muscular weight is to start out doing 10 push ups and 10 sit-ups. The next day 12, 14, 16...etc.
Do u guys like this idea?

that wouldnt build very much muscle if you did 10 pushups 3 times a day and increased it by 2 every few days you would get much better results

I personally don't think that regimen is that good. I would do 10 pushups/situps for a week or ten days and then increase by adding 2. Have you decided on a # when you are going to stop adding more?

Try doing as many push-ups as you can, and I mean push yourself until you drop. Wait one minute and then repeat. Again push yourself until you can't lift yourself back up. Do four sets like that.
Make sure you eat something after your workout.
