A laptop and a desktop do the exact same tasks

A laptop on the other hand is obviously more versitile and you can carry it anywhere!

For more detailed Specs

1. A laptop comes with built in Speakers, keyboard, and mouse

2. Has built in Screen adn power supply obviously

2. Great for Bussinessess on the go, especially if you use Power Point Presentations alot

Anymore Questions just ask me!

hey, a laptop is just something you can carry around with you, in other words it is portable. Whereas, with a desktop that isn't possible because well, first of all the keyboard isn't attached to it, secondly the mouse isn't either, and also the CPU and moniter are all all over the place.. so it's not portable which isn't convenient for some people like businessmen/women/students/anyone who needs to access the internet outside their home or working area, like in a library.

true. One can be moved from place to place with little hassle and the other can't. but you can't really upgrade a laptop like you can a desktop (i.e. RAM, Memory, Hard drive space....). but laptops can do just as much as a desktop in most cases

laptop word is taken from the word lap . it means you can carry ur machine anywhere in ur lap as it is very smart built and light weight.
Whereas desktop as its name shows U neeed a desk for the putting of ur computer.
There is not any major functional difference between the two but the structural one.
