Yes Brand is out until Feb. Also they just brought in Brevin Knight, he averaged 7 assists per game. If the Clippers can hold a strong record until Brand comes back, I believe they can win! FAITH!!!

i don't think the Clippers have really improved themselves and now they are facing an entire season without: Livingston, and Cassell is a year older. Knight is a good add- but compared to how the other teams in the West have improved themselves they are going to struggle just to make the playoffs.
They have no chance against the Best of the West.
Belief is great - but there is also reality!

Probably the best chance is the Clippers without Brand totally tank this season and manage to win the #1 pick in the 2008 draft lottery and draft O.J. Mayo. Then Brand comes back, and hopefully Shaun Livingston makes a full recovery, and the Clippers sign one more tough veteran, and yeah, then they will have a chance to win the championship. But I wouldn't bet on it.

thats like asserting the nets will win a championship get 80 two-0 and devin harris will score 50.5 factors in step with interest( wilt chamberlain had 50.4) under no circumstances gunna take place even in a nightmare
