implantation happens about 80 hours after the egg and sperm meet. it's hard to say how many days before your period because different people ovulate at different times during their cycles. it is easier to tell if you track your ovulation.

Implantation happens around 5 - 7 weeks pregnant, not before your period is due. My midwife told me this only about 3 months ago. If you think you are pregnant just wait a little longer until your period is due and take a test. It would be so much better than all these questions that cant give you an exact result.
