some negative, some positive, but i'd say for sure, sadly, negative influences are in the lead, just racking up the points like poker chips.

The moral values of every generation are mostly positive. In every generation there are some, a relatively small percent, with negative moral values.
We may be having a bit more antisocial behavior due to genetics right now, since in the past the people would be killed & now they are not, but in the long run it will even back out again.
