BBQ RULES
We are about to enter the summer and BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity, as it's the only type of cooking a 'real' man will do, probably because there is an element of danger involved.

When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:

Routine...

(1) The woman buys the food.
(2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert.
(3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand.

Here comes the important part:

(4) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.

More routine....

(5) The woman goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery.
(6) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is burning. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he deals with the situation.

Important again:

(7) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.

More routine....

(8) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table.
(9) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

And most important of all:
(10) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.
(11) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed "her night off." And, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women....

I'm from Texas, so I know good BBQ, and this is good BBQ.

NO. The woman cannot touch the meat before it is cooked. she can buy it and bring it outside but she cannot in any way touch the meat before it is cooked

and to make the best steaks turn the grill on "NUC" high for about 20 minutes and then put the steaks on frozen and put seasoning and wait about ten minutes or until smoke starts rolling out like a three alarm fire and then turn them and wait about three more minutes. they should be done black on the outside and red on the inside

OMG my life is a joke! no really, this is exactly what we did yesterday, I prepared salad, made dressing, marinated the steaks, cooked the corn, set the table, handed him the steaks, had them handed back to me when done, served the food, ate, (delicious, Tbone steaks mmm)

He did do a good job though and he does appriciate my work too :)

oh and yea, then I cleared the table and did the dishes

star! not funny, but oh, so true! thats just how it plays out to, if you ask me, [i know you didn't] but, the woman is the much better cook, inside the house, and on the grill!!! my daughter is the best, when it come to cooking on the grill! everything is to perfection, and it's all great!
so all you men who THINK, you can cook on the grill, THINK AGAIN< because you really CAN'T!

Whenever my sexy girl tell me she is craving for BBQ.

I will jump out and do all of the above mentioned work

by myself and I serve her on bed....
