It actually depend on your location. if smart has a tower nearer than globe, in your place then its better to subscribe in smart... but in my case... my smart bro connection s u c k s even if its 100mbps ... and so as the bill... its really not 999...
its better if youll inquire to both then you choose what you like more...

Any of the two, depending on what plan you are using. Of course, the more expensive the faster.

I use Smart. It's supposed to run at 360kbps.
