Rosie stated on The View that she lets dogs lick her childrens privates if they have a rash.... Anyone else would have been investigated and with such a public confession lost their kid/s and spent time in jail..... Why was this swept under the rug???

Ok if I had a child and it had a rash on its private part then I would never let a dog near the rash. Thats plain DISGUSTING! Thats basically being a sick perverted freak and yes she needs to spend some time in prison for this. Childrens doctors can prescribe medication to put on a rash, theres no way a dog can heal this up. No worries about her punishment. Everyone dies, and she will be judge for this kinda thing. It wont be too pretty can possibly understanding the fact that K-9 saliva can heal wounds faster than current medical treatments but its not recommended.
I really don't know how her argument would hold up if she said it was for medicinal purposes. I know some parents have won cases stating they could use 'coin' theapy where children have hot coins pressed on them resulting in bruises. (it is suppose to get rid of congestion in the lungs
