Not a problem unless you are thinking of taking up crime as a profession, or becoming a wife beater. Then I can see where you will have a problem with that.
Garantee you this, if that person thinking about robbing you or breaking into your house; thinks, knows, or is pretty sure you are armed he is going to go right pass you and rob someone else or break into someone else's house.
I personally have been in several situations when having to travel late at night, where if I hadn't been armed I would have been of the receiving end of being robbed and possilby murdered in the process.

The right to bear arms, can be good, but with the US crime level, and the amount of murders per capita, well, yes there is a problem.

What to do about it is another question though. The National Rifle Association and many others are very strong organizations, with powerful people within, so changes will be slow if at all.

Sure is a problem.Any idiot can get a gun legally or other wise.
I do have some firearms but they have not been used in 25 years.
