im 18 and when i lift weights i notice my manhood gets smaller than it is normal when flacid then after about 20 minutes it returns normal size

When you workout your muscles get engorged, this is normal and bodybuilders refer to this a "pump", or "pumped up". Once all the blood in the muscles goes back to normal everything goes back to normal.
Of course taking steroids can have a more permanent effect.

OK, I don't think I've ever heard the word shrubble - and I've never honestly looked at my manhood, while I was lifting weights. But it sounds normal. I mean - it's kind of built to withdraw into the body - it's a protective mechanism. I wouldn't worry about it, unless there is some sort of pain involved.

I've heard stories that lifting very heavy weights can make you shrink. I lift myself but I always pick a weight that I can do at least 8 to 10 reps. I've seen no shrinkage at all.
