Depends what you mean by safe - you mean can a condom hurt you or cause any damage. If that's what you mean then it is always safe to use a condom, unless you're allergic to latex.
I don't understand the question - are you trying to get pregnant?
If no - keep on using the condoms all the time.
If yes - lose the condoms completely.

Nothing works 100% of the time, not even tube tying or vasectomy.
The paper inside the box has a chart of common brith control methods and the sucess rate when used perfectly vs typically.
If you're worried, use a second method.
However, no "dubble bagging" and no famale and male condoms together.

its safer...... but the only thing that is safe is no sex at all....... plenty of women get pregnant everyday and they used a condom. Actually my best friend is about to pop out her first baby and she was on birth control....... so it shows you nothing is 100% safe. Best bet is when you are considering sleeping with someone, be aware that you could end up pregnant.
