good and noble thoughts are nourishment and protection from evil is shelter. Any thig, action. which help in journey of life is welcome. Light nourishment and minimual shelter would make journey more meorable for self and those around in the journey

I am 85 now.The inning has been quite long and yet I am still at the crease.
Throughout my career as a n Indinan Revenue Departent senior official my nourishment has been my work. To serve the revenue payers honestly.If I felt that they need not pay taxes but were paying for fear just in case I would take initiative and appraise them of the precise postion.The grateful look in their eyes was my nourishment On the other hand I would not spare any evaders d despite all the temptation they offered me. I had taken my family into cofidence and they fully supported me throughout despite the fact that my collelalgues were better off than mewhich they could see.But with frugality and a thoughtful management of my finances I could teach my wards and follow courses they desired. Seeing this I have often belched even on an empty stomach.

My nourishment is my husband & a few close friends, my shelter is the connection I feel with the Spirit.

My journey has been long and not always sheltered or nourished...but today, my knowlege and my talents are my nourishment, and my family & loved ones are my shelter.
