Yes. It is not surpressing sexual desires but with discipline - controlling the mind that is the key. The type of meditation which is of much benefit is Mindfulness Meditation. Online - there is a copy of the Book "Mindfulness in Plain English" at the Website below:

The Sequel to this Book "Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness" by the same author - would also immensely help in this area.

No you can not control your sex desires effectively by meditation. To control is to manage well and do not to stop the sex desires. In line with islamic teaching, the best control of your sex desires is by fasting and by making busy with your hobbies such as jogging, swimming or other kind of sports, reading books, gardening, painting, singing, watching TV,theater etc.Fasting 14 hours a day will give you energy for controlling your sex desires.Besides that you healthy will be better because your digestion will take a rest.Praying also will control your sex desires because muslims should pray at least 5 times a day as a compulsory plus some bows as additional praying as a non compulsory or optional.

Why would you want to? Stop believing that just because you are a girl, you shouldn't want to have sex. You are not different, you are not abnormal, and if your peers or religion tell you that you are dirty or wrong for having those feelings, then they are wrong and abusive.
Embrace your feelings, but like with all things, do it in moderation. Excess can be damaging to your health (std's) and reputation.
Achieving orgasm by yourself is also perfectly normal and healthy. There is nothing wrong or dirty about it either.
Your sexuality is something to be celebrated, not repressed with meditation.

Almost certainly not to a significant extent. Why not enjoy meditation for its many other benefits, and sex for its?

It can be affected just temporarily but not for long time. That is why the true religions never ordered to stop sex through legal marriages.
