which business schools accepts GRE in place of GMAT?

Most don't. If they do, it is usually an individual thing. Some schools will take a recent GRE if for some reason it is difficult for you to take another exam; if, for example, you are overseas in the military or Peace Corps, but most would prefer not to, since it measures different skills, less applicable to the MBA.
