My son who is 7 and mildly autistic, had a good day. So I took him to MICKEY D'S. he ordered chicken nuggets. after our order came he changed his mind and said he wanted a BIG AND TASTY.
after he got the burger he arranged 3 chicken nuggets on the burger and under the bun....
surprisingly it was good for fast food...

Well, I hope he had a great lunch! Maybe he could call his new sandwich the " Chicburg 3", or refer to it as a "Chicken Trampoline". All I know is that my nephew is quite autistic but somehow still towers over his Aunt, still beats and knows more about the computer than his Aunt and still gets me hooked on some of his 'natural' foods(he has severe allergies)that I can't stop eating even when his visits are over. He also shares my love of the outdoors esp. star watching & camping out. Enjoy his differences....you'll start noticing things you never did before(think of it as looking outside the box). Guard dog

well thats amazing that hes creative like that, you said mildly does he have aspergers sydrome, i have a sibling with that, super smart guy loves mixing food.
I am a server and we have a buffalo chicken finger sandwich... which is spicy chicken fingers on a sandwich like it sounds... and its a common thing to find, so maybe call it a chicken nugget sandwich.... or a tasty chicken nugget sandwich....

I think that you should name this sandwich after your son since he's the one who thought of it. Call it the XXXXX Special! He'll be especially proud to share his special recipes with others.
