Do you live in India, or are you going to be visiting there, or would you like penpals/email friends?
I have always made lots of friends at youth hostels, including when I visited India. Try it! To find the most sincere local people, though, stay away from the touristy areas.
If you just want to meet people from India over the Internet, then go to websites that specialize in India and say hello. Yahoo has a big page devoted to India, and other social networking sites like Tribe.net and Myspace do too.

by asking this question you think can you make friend from india. how nice about your self confidence. but my dear, friends makes by heart not just by asking questions. touch indian hearts and then see how many indians will become your friends including me.
