911 Conspiracy?

I was just watching a series of videos on youtube titled "9/11 Coincidence?" in which they make a huge number of claims regarding the events of 9/11, one of which concerns building #7. The video implies that that building #7 was taken down in a controled manner. Their evidence includes the low amount of exterior dammage , and a supposed crimp in the top of the building similar to those seen in controled demolition. I'm curious as to how many people beleive in this particular aspect of the conspiracy theory? For those who do beleive this are you aware that when the building was erected the enginiers needed to build around an existing structure (I think it was a subway station)? Due to this change in the original design the structure (WTC7) was weakend. Why do the conspiracy theorists ignore this?

Additionaly what evidence is nececary for the conspiracy theorists to accept the possiblity that the airplane crashes were the cause of the towers colapse?

I do not personaly beleive that the conspiracy theorist are right on this. However I think it would be impolite and unproffesional to use a rhetoric that discredits from the start the people who beleive that the US was behind 9/11. They truely beleive this and peoples beleifs are sacred things. I hoped that posing this question in a relatively neutral tone would bring in more answers/ views.

Again my main question is how many people were aware of the structural inadequacy of WTC7? And what evidence do the conspiracy theorists offer to discredit the idea that due to these inadequacies could have played a part in the collapse?

The number of people it would have taken to pull off the greatest mass murder in US history could fill one of the towers. It's interesting that Watergate and Enron cases had only a few people in on the scam and they both leaked like sieves. Do i laugh now or later to think that Bush and Cheney's administration was competent enough to pull it off without any leaks?

OTHER CONSPIRACIES TO THINK ABOUT:

1. We knew the Japanese were going to bomb Pearl Harbor before they did. I mean come-on President Roosevelt liked the thought of our boys baking inside the Battle Ship Arizona before they died. The President was looking for a better way to get a good nights sleep.

2. America did not land on the Moon. We payed billions of dollars for the 360 foot Saturn 5 rocket so we could look at it and say wow that is a big rocket. We kept approx. 400,000 technicians, scientists and construction contractors quiet, with zero leaks to the public. The rocks that we thought that came from moon and have proved to be from the moon are really from the Pacific Ocean.

3. The Mafia whacked JFK, via the Russian connection, via the Cuban connection.... The man on the grassy knoll was a CIA agent acting on orders from Giancana from Chicago and Marcello from New Orleans, with duplicity from Castro and Kruschev....true story.

4. The Jews did not suffer in Germany because there was no Holocaust. Actually it was the Jews that was torturing the poor blond haired deprived Germans. Those tattoos on the Jews arms and hands that are still alive today (by the grace of God) are really there because they want to be hip.

5.Aliens landed in Roswell and we transported them to Area 51 to back engineer their technology, where do you think the stealth air craft came from? Again, we kept it secret by brain washing the thousands of workers who were in on the scam.

6. The Moon we see every night is really not there along with the planets, stars as well as the Planet Killing Asteroids. Those were put there by the evil United States to toy with our minds.

7. The fossils of homo eructus, neandertals and 15 other hominids that are extinct were put there by paleotologists, archeologists, and assorted rock hounds to enhance their careers. Creationism is the only reality.

8. America is a conspiracy and is a fake country and none of us Americans really live here.

The building was constructed over an electrical substation, and thus loads had to be transferred to the perimeter of the site using an arrangement of three trusses.

There is no evidence that would convince the conspiracy theorists that the airplane crashes (and the ensuing fires) were the cause of the collapse of the towers, because, as you state in the follow up, the conspiracy theorists are doing this based on faith, not reason. As Jonathan Swift observed, you cannot reason a man out of that which he was not reasoned into in the first place.

1993 the Trade Center was bombed with two very powerful truck bombs that basically caused minor damages. Terrorists did have a very powerful bomb but our twin towers were so massive that it only blew holes in our lower parking garage levels. However, after the bombings they found human guided missiles (planes). The towers could of held if the impact of the planes didn't blow off the foam/plastic pertective that repels heat. After the heat retardent was blown away from the massive impact the steel got above 2000 degrees & lost its strength. Very simple, Impact blew away pertective retardent and eventually the steel couldn't hold its own wait and collapsed on itself. Worst catastrophe in the world and I am so sorry for the people we lost.

The words of WTC owner Larry Silverstein on PBS, give credence to a demolition about to occur: "I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, ?We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.? And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."


Pull is a common demo term used by the experts. Therefore Building 7 is a UN-disputeable implosion, silverstein pbs confirmed, DEMO takes days to PLAN, PLACE, WIRE, and Comp time link the necessary explosives. WTC7 fell 7 hours after the first plane hit, also was ON FIRE for most of it.... HOW WERE PRECISION EXPLOSIONS PLACED IN ONLY 7 HOURS IN A BURNING BUILDING? THEY HAD TO BE PRE-PLACED. AND since WTC7 DEMO was preset isint it safe to assume WTC1,2 were also?

It is utter preposterous nonsense, sponsored up through a laughably incredible "idea" that competitors a inexpensive Hollywood film, or greater but, an movement caricature. What DID occur, nevertheless, is that the Republicans took political skills of a specific terrorist act. That aspect is fairly real....just like Hitler took skills of the Reichstag fireplace (as a substitute than set him himself, which, although believable, has under no circumstances been verified, nor imperative for him to have complete skills of it).

I think there is something fishy about the whole 9/11 saga, but i won't go as far as some of the nuts out there. I think bush twisted the whole thing to get a war in Iraq, which is now killing tons of our friends and family over there. bring them home!

A horrible terrorist act was perpetrated upon your country. I do not necessarily agree with the way your gov't has dealt with things but to suggest...place blame...or even implicate your own government is disgusting.
