Both teams has great players on all positions. Playmakers, shooters, penetrating guards, low-post players, and defenders.

And the talent level on both teams is also very great, although USA has the upper hand when it comes to individual skills of the players.

It will all boil down to which team will have a perfect chemistry and execute plays well. Team USA has the tendency to show-off excessively, so they might lose to the all-business team of the World All-Stars. And if you'll notice, most of the International guys are role-players, team players who add up to the chemistry of the team. While most of the US guys carry their teams on their own. So chemistry will be a bit lopsided. Anything can happen here though, since they are all great players.

It's a hard call, but I'll go for the World All-star team. =)

Tim Duncan should be in the US lineup. Though he's from the Virgin Is., he's now an American citizen and thus ineligible to play for his homeland. At any rate, I'll pick the Americans to win because of their advantage in individual skills, athletic ability and competitiveness. Besides, most of these guys in your US lineup are now part of the US pool so they've established great teamwork at this point. Just look at how the US team is blowing away competition at the FIBA-Americas

Tim Duncan was born in the US Virgin Islands. He is an American citizen by birth. However, I like your question as it is thought provoking. It seems like it could go either way. Both teams have great offense. But I believe there are less defensive liabilities on the US team so would go with them.

That is a real tough call, I mean it could go either way. Gheez, um, ...... but I'd say the USA all stars but the world all-stars have a definite chance of winning.
