UC BERKELEY! GO BEARS!
Here's why: It'll be your best value. You'll get the most prestigious diploma for the least amount of money.
I don't know the residency rules for Texas as they apply to out-of-state tuition. But in California, you'd pay out-of-state tuition for a year. You can file for residency when you get here, and by your sophomore year, you will be paying in-state tuition. That'd be less than $4k per semester.
UT-Austin might be cheaper for all I know, but Berkeley's Haas School of Business is ranked very highly. Not only does Haas have world-renowned MBA programs, they also have a very prestigious undergraduate business program, too. They confer a BS in Business Administration. US News and World Report just put out their new rankings, so you might want to pick up a copy of that from your local newsstand.
Thus UC Berkeley is both economical and elite.
NOTE TO JUAN FRANCISCO: The biggest political student organization in Berkeley is the Berkeley College Republicans. At the time I was there, we (yes *we* including me) grew the organization from 24 people to over 400. A lot has happened in 40 years, so I think it's time you let go of your preconceived notions ofwhat the place is like. And guess what! My family helped the Americans during 'Nam back in the old country.

To answer you question. You should, for the sake of your future career and any graduate school aspirations you have, pick Berkeley. Berkeley is ranked in the top three for undergraduate business.... not only above all the rest of your choices, but above Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Princeton, you get the picture. Thus, if you decide to go to graduate school one day, admissions officers will know that you were trained at a top program and you will have a MAJOR competitive edge. AND, Berkeley was ranked as the MOST esteemed university in the world in a survey of leaders at other world universities.
And...although Juan Fran$$$ above holds the past against Berkeley, it was the students, not the institution, that protested the Vietnam War. Plus, they were protesting against our government killing our soldiers, not protesting against soldiers being soldiers. There was a draft! People from Berkeley got called and served. Cold fact.
The other schools are ok: Notre Dame doesn't have a high peer evaluation score (that means faculty at other universities don't respect them as much), Georgetown is an excellent institution, but friends who attend say it is stuffy and bursting at the seams with rich and judgmental "legacy students" whose parents went there (not my words, so don't kill the messenger). Plus, it pales in comparison to UC Berkeley's business program, and University of Texas is somewhere waaaay down below all of those institutions.
No matter where you pick, I truly hope you love it. You are obviously extremely bright to be accepted to these institutions. College is amazing!

You got excepted to a lot of good schools, and I doubt you can go wrong whichever you choose.
Notre Dame and UT, are both good colleges, in which you CAN get a good education, but I think the environment there is less study prone and more party prone. I live near Austin, and while their Plan 2 education is superb, you sometimes have huge classes, and I just think the education is less personal.
Berkeley is very good, I don't know much about their business program, but other than that it is also a safe bet.
Georgetown is a very good college, and I know has an excellent business program there.
Truly for the real Business education, you need an MBA so actual Business school is more important probably.
Wherever you choose to go, you'll get a very high quality education, it just kinda depends on which lifestyle you want along with that education.

Being from Texas guess you know my answer but I'll give them anyway in order I'd choose
1st choice will be University of Texas
2nd choice will be Norte Dame. Great Catholic school
3rd choice will be Georgetown
4th choice will be Berkeley. Never will forget of forgive Berkeley. I was in Vietnam so you know the reason I picked Berkeley last. Also if I am ever in the position of hiring you can bet for that reason it will not be a Berkeley student or grad.

I think you should go to Georgetown. The McDonough school of business is a great program. Plus, overall, it's a great school and great location for job oportunities. I mean you are right in the capital. I am committed there and I will hopefully love it like everyone else does who goes there. Haha I might be bias but I think GU would be your best bet because it's the best. HOYA SAXAA

Notre Dame has one of the best Business schools in the country...I'd go to ND...and the one above who calls ND a party school doesn't know what the heck he's talking about...ND is a TOUGH private school...
